Returns

  2. Prepare Your Return: Ensure the product is in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged, with the receipt or proof of purchase included.
  3. Ship Your Return: Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team to return your item.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Denied Refunds: If your return is not approved, we will notify you with the reason for the denial.

Free Return Period
